• Temporary Partial Disability (TPD):
  If your doctor places you on light duty work and you are able to return to work, you will be qualified for this type of benefit.
• Permanent Partial Disability (PPD):
  This benefit is paid if you suffer a permanent injury that no longer allows you to work at all.

Medical benefits are the responsibility of your employer who is required to provide medical treatments including: Emergency room visits, doctor visits, physical therapy, medical testing, prescriptions, prosthesis. They are also responsible for reimbursing your gas and/or travel expenses to and from your medical appointments.

If a work-related accident results in death, compensation to that employee’s dependants will be due as defined by State Law. A maximum total of $150,000 may be payable to dependants of a deceased victim.
